Enjoying the last of the harvest
The zucchini plant has slowed down dramatically, so why is it that I just found this recipe?
Baked Zucchini Sticks
These are awesome. We made a dip of mayo, smoked paprika, and pepper. I suppose we could have added some herbs too, but the zucchini dredged in panko and Italian seasoning made up for that. These sticks were so tasty, we're going to make them again tomorrow.
I have to show one more photo of our amazing heirloom tomatoes. This German Stripe was drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with black pepper, and added to the green salad. Very tasty.
