Sunday Sunday

Sticky Pecan Caramel Rolls using the Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day Light Whole Wheat Bread recipe.

The dough was rolled out on the breakfast table, a flat surface large enough for me to roll the dough to a 1/8"-1/4" thickness resulting in more swirls. (I didn't use a Silpat--it wasn't much larger than my cutting board.)
