Strawberry Peach Jam?

I bought strawberries and peaches at the farmers market and made a combo jam. I added lemon juice to the pot since peaches normally need to be acidified. All of the jars have sealed, but I'm not sure they're going to set up in a jammy way. I used liquid pectin instead of my go-to powdered pectin and it's really soft right now. If it doesn't thicken, this is going to be a ton of ice cream sauce. Okay maybe not a ton, but a half gallon.
