Arrowhead, Take 3

Don't even ask about the second take on this project.

Let's hope that the third time's a charm on this fantastical sweater. Here's what changed:

Tubular cast-on -> Cable cast-on
#6 needles for ribbing -> #5
5 rows of ribbing -> 8 rows of ribbing

I'm not as excited about the cable cast-on as I was the tubular cast-on. But, there's no way I was going to cast-on 220st using the long-tail method. The ribbing is behaving with the change in cast-on and the smaller needles, so that's a good thing.

  • Hey Janjan- if I can figure out how to tape from TiVo, I'll try and see if I can get you a copy of KnittyGritty. I'm not promisin' nothin' and I'm not promisin' good quality if I can... but I'll put in ye olde college try. 'Cause I'm nice like that.

  • You're the best! But you can skip the basic shows--intarsia might be interesting. Thanks!
