Tour de Fleece Day 1
Let the spinning begin!
This year I'm tackling 2 pounds of Ashland Bay Merino Tussah Top that I bought at Stitches West a few years ago. The target yarn is 12 wpi 3-ply. A handspun, hand knit sweater is in my future.

Hmmm...reminds me I have 1.5 lbs of Ashland Bay Merino in my possession that needs to become a sweater at some point too. You're ambitious and it is (and is going to be) gorgeous!

Omg I love ashland bay's merino tussah! You are going to have some fun going thru all that. Is that a bobbin of singles?

Thanks everyone! Yeah, this fiber is spinning up nicely. That photo is the first bobbin of singles. It's just short of 100 gms.
