Summer fruit
You know it's summer when there are apricots everywhere--at the Farmers' Market, in the stores, and in my home. I had 3 lbs of apricots from a friend's tree and found a recipe that used most of them--Apricot Crisp.
It's goooooood, especially with vanilla ice cream.

Mmmmm, crisp! My greatest fruit triumph so far was the apricot blackberry cobbler, but today's apricot smoothies were a very close second place finisher. Fruit!

Yummy. This is making me crave for aprcots & nectarines & it's the start of winter, so it will be a long wait.
