Today, I cast my vote via absentee ballot. If only that meant that I would no longer be subjected to political commercials and polls... wouldn't that be nice?

Yay! Good for you for voting! And excellent knitting/voting puns -- I may have to borrow that one.
Its like in public radio pledge drives where you wish once you donated they'd stop asking you every ten minutes?
But at least now you're officially allowed to tune out and not listen to all the spin for a few days.
