Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow ( )

That's right, zero stars. We couldn't get past the first 30 minutes.

Oh no. I really wish I hadn't read that. Chris is insisting on seeing this movie... it's next on the Netflix list. I was never interested in seeing it so I managed to keep us from spending 9 bucks a tix at theatres... oh well.. thanks for the warning.

Look on the bright side--your expectations are low, so maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Is the allure of Gwyneth Paltrow THAT big to men? I mean, how did this movie get ANYONE to go see it? Is Troy with Brad Pitt the equivalent (watching a movie you are pretty sure is horrible bad b/c the star is sizzling hot?).
