Another reason to subscribe to Netflix
Big Sis asked, "How many movies did you watch?" I had no idea, so I went to my Netflix account and downloaded my rental history.
I rented 178 DVDs in 2004.
Let's see, at about $20/month, $240/year, divide that by 178... and it comes to $1.35 per rental.
Wow, what a deal! Now you'd think with all those rentals there'd be more reviews. Hmmmm.

Hey, finally got in! Blogger comments have been screwy today for me on 2 diff. computers.
I counted up my Netflix rentals.. in 2003 we watched 38 Netflix disks. Not so bad, 3 a month, keeping up with expectations. In 2004, I only watched 28 Netflix disks. This makes MY average more like $8.57/disk. I'm glad you are out there getting a bargain, cause I'm sure not!
To be fair, we watched more TV this year after getting the TiVO.. Desparate Housewives, Daily Show... and we borrow a lot of disks from friends. But at the rate I'm going, it'll take 3 years to get thru my 80 disk queue.
Still.. how much more yarn could I buy with $240/yr....
