FO: Last and first
Here is the last FO for 2007, finished on NYE on the drive from Tucson to Phoenix.
Scrunchable Scarf in Malabrigo
Yarn: Malabrigo Yarn Merino Worsted, 1 hank = 216 yds, color = Damask
Needles: US 10-1/2 / 6.5 mm
Pattern: Scrunchable Scarf by Susan McConne
Project details on Ravelry
And here is the first FO for 2008, cast-on Friday night and finished this afternoon.
Shedir in Rowan Calmer
Yarn: Rowan Calmer, 1 ball = 175 yds, color = Powder Puff 482
Needles: Addi Turbo 32" circular US 3 / 3.25 mm
Techniques: Tubular CO, Magic Loop (a longer needle would have been better)
Pattern: Shedir [PDF] by Jenna Wilson
Project details on Ravelry
I'm challenged with color correcting for reds and pinks. In spite of how it looks in the photos, this hat is a beautiful dusty rose color.
Obligatory bathroom mirror shot
It's for a woman who has gone through a lot. I hope she wears this in good health and in good spirits.

Hey, thanks for stopping by! :-) I'm so glad I went to see The Tubes...it was a last minute thing and at first we were all kinda 'meh' about it, but WOW...that Fee Waybill is a CHARACTER!
Great FO's, I wish I was that knitting productive. :-|
