It's our first Jalapeno of the summer!

The plums are starting to turn. Should I make jelly or jam?

The birds are snacking on the nectarines. The fruit is supposed to be ready by the 4th of July (hence the name), but I don't know if there will be any left to pick in 2 weeks.

The apples are bigger and getting a little color on them. It won't be long before they attract the jays and squirrels.

The Arugula is going strong and producing one salad after another.

Our Bougainvillea was challenged in the past, but it's coming back with a blossom.

The apricots are beginning to ripen. This one is ahead of the rest and I'm trying not to get too attached... you know, just in case something picks it before I do.

  • I have a friend with a cherry tree. They net it after a certain point to keep the critters away from the fruit. I don't know if that's even a possibility with your tree.

  • All those gorgeous fruits & it's such a shame that you may not be able to harvest them.
