1 step forward, 1 step back

I started knitting the heel on one of the Blueberry Waffle Socks last night. I got about half way up the heel flap when I tried it on. Ugh! The foot was too short! So all that work turned into a pile of ramen (I love that reference, thanks Ilona) and now I'm back to knitting the instep & sole. Oh well, at least I'm close.
