I cast my absentee ballot for the California Special Election today. The election is on Nov 8th, but if they receive my ballot by Friday, chances are it'll get counted before Tuesday.

I hear the estimated cost for this election is around $40M. Couldn't these initiatives have been handled through our elected officials? The answer of course is yes, but they probably wouldn't have passed. That's why Arnie's "takin' it to the people".

It's a waste of taxpayer dollars, but don't let that stop you from voting. The money's already spent. Let your voice be heard.
