It's Hand Knit Friday!
It's crazy at work so I need to wear "comfort knits" today. These socks will always be special to me because they're the first ones I ever made--matching socks knit toe-up with a gusset and heel flap worked 2 at a time on 2 circs. Whew! Thank goodness no one told me this was too ambitious of a project for a first-time sock knitter, otherwise I might not have made them. Instead, these beauties introduced me to the world of sock knitting.

Nice! I just got a pair of clear converse so I keep eyeing the self striping yarns now...
Every Friday I think about your handknit fridays :) Mine is just a pair of socks today.
