They're taunting me
I've had mixed feedback about netting the trees, but I don't know what else to do. If nothing else it may slow down the varmints so we can enjoy a few pieces of fruit this season.

Mean squirrels - leave that fruit alone!!
Here in my fruitless yard, I am fighting the squirrels for my phone line. The techs who came this afternoon tell me that I've got about half a line between here and the next pole, thanks to the yumminess (??) of phone wiring.

OMG...
Thought I was the only one with critter problems. Groundhogs under my foundation. Ninnies stripping the vegetable garden and birds and squirrels after anything left. Not sure why I still garden must be for the peace.

I think you should give netting a try as it's a shame not to harvest the fruits of your hard labor.
