FO 28 & 29: Quickie Hat & Scarf II

I'm heading to the East Bay tomorrow night for my mother's birthday dinner, and this is what I made for her:

Yarn: Lion Brand Homespun, color = Edwardian,
1 skein total for hat & scarf
Bernat Boa, color = Raven, 2 skeins total total for hat & scarf
Needles: Denise #15 for the scarf,
Denise #10 for the hat
Pattern: Quickie Hat & Scarf

I like the Boa yarn because it's not as furry as the Cha Cha. It's a better choice for this set.
