Interweave Knits Summer 2006 Preview

Interweave Knits Summer 2006 Preview

I think I like the Marseilles Pullover, Cambridge Jacket, Bonita Shirt, and the Icarus shawl, but it's difficult to tell with the small photos and the shadows.

  • I'm thinking that Marseilles Pullover has serious potential. If only we could see the front...

  • WHERE'S THE REDHEADED GIRL???

It's kinda weird that she's not in any of those pictures. I feel...empty.

  • I kind of like the brioche bodice. I've been looking for a tank pattern.

Emy's right. I miss the redhead girl too.

  • I didn't do too much damage to my credit card at Stitches West, but it would be too much to tempt fate twice in one year so I'm passing on this Knit/Crochet 2006. Have a great time.

  • The patterns (in the small pix) look really good this time. I'll have a hard time figuring out where to start. (p.s. the mosaic socks are gorgeous)

  • I'm sad I'll miss the Knit & Crochet show, but I guess I can't make every knitting event. I'm really looking forward to this issue of IK. It has more projects that I think I like (based off the tiny pictures) than any other knitting magazine I've seen in a long time. I like the Seaberry Shell a lot, and it looks quick and easy. This might just make up for how much I didn't like Spring VK.

  • The Icarus shawl and marigold tote look very tempting. I've been wanting to try a shawl pattern.

Thanks to my cousins for procreating so I have babies to knit for.
