Boo!

(updated on 9/25/04 with a new photo)

Pretty scary, huh?

Here's not not-so-scary look:

  • Gauge: 40st x 28 rows = 4" x 4"

  • Cast on 144st. Work as instructed in the pattern.

  • Cast on an additional 48st for the bangs.

  • Work 14 rows in the round.

  • Place 2 markers 27st to each side of center front, and 2 more markers 42st away from the front markers. Markers are spaced 54st, 42st, 54st, and 42st apart.
  • Work the decreases & cast off as in the pattern.

  • I'm trying to imagine the costume that goes under the Hallowig... the only things I can think of are Jetson's-style robot waitress or maybe a Little Blue Riding Hood outfit.

    Looks great, Janice!

  • The wig is only scary with that frightening mask under it! Eek!

It does look cool, though. :)

  • You look so cute (and so does the wig!).

Definitely not scary. And now I want to make one too. :-)
