I wanted to like this movie. The story about the mountain music is interesting to me, and I liked the idea of "catching" songs. But it seemed as if someone told the producer/director to add story lines to try to widen the appeal of this movie, and all it did was detract from what should have been the main focus. Too bad.

I'm a sucker. I kinda liked it. Lovely to look at and listen to, even if the story was a bit unfocused.
