Blanks

Abigail asked,
I'm intrigued by this dyeing method. When you take out the waste yarn how are the other sections connected?

The sock yarn is carried up the side in the acrylic sections so there are no breaks in the sock yarn. The next step is to unravel the knitting.

Coming soon, photos of the finished product.

  • Then I think i am confused. What is the point of the waste yarn? Just to keep the stripes from blending together? I guess I'll just have to stay tuned! :)
