FO: Sydney in Panda Wool
Update: Designer notes and a link to the free pattern for the Sydney sock can be found here.
Sydney
Panda Wool, vine green
Having only made Sydney in Maizy (corn fiber & elastic), I wanted to make another pair in a wool-blend yarn to see how the pattern would work. No problem!
The first sock was finished in July, but I didn't finish the second sock until yesterday--I was casting off quickly so I could wear them to the TKGA show in Oakland. It was the first time I wore Panda Wool for any length of time and I'm happy to say the socks were really comfortable.
A link to the pattern will be coming soon.

I am curious about two things. 1. What type of shoe did you wear them with? 2. Do they stay up well? I have hesitated to knit socks that have a lot of open work. I usually wear Birks or clogs. Thanks

lovely! I have been hoard...I mean, stashing some panda wool but not sure they were right for socks. I was thinking chevron scarf but glad to hear they're comfy for feet.
