Sam is finished! His eyes are felt ovals attached using the blanket stitch. Sewing them on reminded me of an applique pillow I made back in the 70's--brown, gold, and tan circles of different sizes arranged in an abstract pattern--remember applique? Remember the 70's? lol

Yarn: Lion Brand Wool-Ease, 180 Forest Green Heather and 403 Mushroom

Alterations: Monkee Maker's mods for the face, slightly longer legs, 2 color ears, and beans. 3/4 of a pound of white beans for his hands, feet, and bottom. :)
