But tonight it wasn't SPAM from a can, it was insidious blog comment spam.
I wasn't able to get past the word verification when trying to leave a coment on Spinnity's blog tonight, so I turned off the verification here. You know, just in case it was a blogger-wide issue.
In the matter of a couple of hours, I had 20 spam comments. Don't these people have better things to do?

No, they don't.
I don't even use blogger's comment feature anymore (I got haloscan a while back and get spam very rarely, by the way), and I somehow have been getting email spam through their comment mechanism. I can only think that someone has hacked into their email database and is sending them directly. Really annoying.
